Private yoga instruction allows the teacher to tailor and adapt the yoga exercises specifically to you. In a private setting, both you and the teacher can focus entirely on your individual needs.

A private yoga session is suitable for everyone. You simply take the time to give space to your own personal concerns or needs. We support you with the ancient wisdom of yoga.
What types of yoga are available in private yoga sessions?
The specific types of yoga included in your private session depend on your individual needs and goals. We use techniques from Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Yoga, Raja Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Chi Gong.
For private coaching sessions, we also incorporate methods from Transparent Communication and Journeys.

Through conversations, individually tailored bodywork (yoga), meditation, and inner visualizations, we explore the root of the issue and develop practical solutions for everyday life. These methods have an emotional, mental, and physical impact and very often lead to extremely positive changes in daily life. The private yoga instruction combined with coaching is conducted by Sabina Asnani.
Private Yoga Session Prices
Very often, just one to three private yoga sessions provide enough input to positively influence your daily life. However, we offer different pricing options for those who would like to enjoy private yoga instruction on a weekly basis.
CHF 250 per 90 minutes | Private Sessions & Coaching | one-time or irregular sessions
The private yoga session or coaching takes place at Yoga-Spirit-House, Steinwiesstrasse 9, 8032 Zurich. For private yoga sessions with multiple participants, there is an additional charge of CHF 20 per person.
CHF 220 per 90 minutes | Private Sessions & Coaching | once a week
The private yoga lesson or coaching session takes place at the Yoga Spirit House, located at Steinwiesstrasse 9, 8032 Zurich.
For a private yoga lesson with multiple participants, an additional charge of CHF 20 per person applies.

This includes not only attentive listening to what is verbally shared, but also the ability to sense the physical and emotional-mental messages being conveyed — the subtle communication “between the lines.” This allows her to address multiple levels of what is being expressed and to develop solutions on both physical and emotional-mental levels.
For private yoga lessons, Sabina Asnani brings over 30 years of yoga and meditation experience and can support you at your own level with a selection of targeted breathing and physical exercises. Her yoga sessions go beyond the physical — they also guide you into emotional and mental depth. The result is relaxation and strength, renewed energy, and a profound sense of calm.

In private classes with Carolina, the practice becomes an intimate and conscious space.
Each session is tailored to your moment, your energy, and your rhythm. With an approach that integrates anatomical alignment yoga, the sensitivity of somatic work, and deep listening to the body, Carolina supports both physical and emotional processes.
Classes can be deeply relaxing and restorative, or energizing and revitalizing—depending on what you need at each moment in your life. They are a valuable tool both to relieve physical pain and to accompany you in times of emotional difficulty or stress. And they are also a space to enjoy and nurture vitality in moments of well-being. Along the way, you’ll discover a personal way of communicating with your body and responding to what it truly needs.
We’ll work with various props that provide support, accessibility, and depth to the practice, allowing you to get the most benefit from each class.
