The ceiling is up to 5m high. The room is very bright and generously equipped with skylights. Lying on the floor, you directly look at the trees and the sky. The property was built in 1850. Richard Wagner lived and worked in this building.

Despite the central location, it is very quiet in the house. The annexe in the protected patio has the atmosphere of a small temple. It is like taking a glimpse at another world. Check the timetable for our offers. Private classes and coaching sessions are held here too.

The main room can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people practising Yoga. Upstairs there is a small gallery with space for singing classes, therapy sessions, writing and the like. It can be accessed over an automated staircase. In total, we can accommodate roughly 50 people for meditation, Chi Gong, dancing, and other creative work. There are a small kitchen and a toilet. For the warm days, there is garden right in front of the house where we can drink tea or practise Yoga together.

The property can be booked for regular rent during the week or on weekends.
