Here you will find all our services and prices
5% of the profit from each yoga class flows into social projects such as samadhan.ch (women’s aid project in India), Médecins sans frontiers, Avaaz. With your participation in the Yoga Spirit offers you support more justice in our world.
Prices per lesson: 75 or 90 minutes
Entry into the current quarter is possible at any time.

CHF 25.- per lesson | quarterly subscription | Students and apprentices under 25 years
A quarterly subscription to yoga classes is issued at the beginning of each quarter (January / April / July / October).
Entry into the current quarter is possible at any time.
With a quarterly subscription there shall be reserved a place on the course for you every week.
Missed lessons can be compensated during the ongoing quarter through another class on weekdays. If you want to occasionally visit a second time in the week and have a quarterly subscription, you pay for the second hour only CHF 25 (instead of 40 CHF for a single hour).
CHF 31.- per lesson | quarterly subscription | adults

It is valid for 4 months and costs 350 CHF.
CHF 38.- per lesson | 10 lessons subscription | valid for 6 months
This subscription is suitable if you do not plan on attending the course regularly, but rather on individual hours.
There is no place for you reserved in advance. You can just easily sign up respectively by email or phone for each lesson and we would confirm shortly.
It is valid for 6 months and costs 380 CHF.

Prices private lessons and private coaching
Each 90 minute Yoga class or coaching session: single occasion or irregularly CHF 250.-
Private classes and coaching sessions take place at the Yoga-Spirit-House, Steinwiesstraße 9, in 8032 Zürich.
Private classes can be conducted with more than one participant. However, please note that a surcharge of CHF 20.- is payable per additional participant.
Each 90 minute Yoga class or coaching session: regularly, once a week CHF 220.-
Private classes and coaching sessions take place at the Yoga-Spirit-House, Steinwiesstraße 9, in 8032 Zürich.

The fee includes a manuscript in which all topics and exercises are documented in writing and through pictures. It helps you with the practice of Yoga at home.
Not included is the stay at Hotel Piz Mitchel for 78 CHF in a double room per night. 25 CHF extra for a single room.

Price for Yoga Holidays in India
CHF 2'300.- for 12 days
This covers:
- The journey from Dheradhun to Netala
- All Yoga and meditation classes
- All outings/trips
- 11 nights in a room with three people per room
- Full board lodging
- The return journey to Dheradhun
Dharadhun is accessible from Delhi by flight (1h), by train (4h) or by taxi (6h). It is an hours’ drive from Rishikesh.
The flights are not included in the price. Also there is a 200 CHF registration fee.

Ein Schnupperkurs umfasst 8 Lektionen.
Der reguläre Yogakurs findet während des Schuljahres einmal pro Woche statt (ohne Schulferien).
