Yoga Private Classes and Life Coachings
Private Yoga classes and coachings are aimed at people with specific concerns or at people who simply want to treat themselves to something special.
The instructor will modulate the classes to your needs and personal level. You benefit from the focused and yet relaxed atmosphere in a private setting.
The classes can be modelled around topics such as a specific goal in life, strengthening particular regions of your body, tension, digestion, breathing, deep relaxation and meditation.
According to your wishes and specific focus we will suggest you a teacher from the Yoga-Spirit-Team.
Sabina Asnani will coach you in life issues, if you wish. Through conversations, individually coordinated bodywork, meditation and inner voyages we will get down to the issue’s origin and will develop practical solutions for your daily life.

Yoga Workshop 2
Besides intensifying body and breathing exercises, we will focus in our mental activity and examine its influence on how we lead our life. Furthermore, we will delve into the relation between our diet and wellbeing.

This course includes more demanding postures (Asanas). We will expand our knowledge of specific breathing exercises (Pranayama) by the energy centres (Chakras). Furthermore, we will sharpen our attention towards the way we bread in everyday life. And Fokus on advanced Pranayama techniques. As well as Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Holidays in India
Yoga retreat in the Himalayas with outings to sacred places of power
Netala is an enchanting little village near Uttarkashi far up in the Himalayas. It is situated on the bank of the holy river Ganga. In India, the river is lovingly called Mother Ganga. Up here, its water is still absolutely fresh and crystal-clear.
Through its simplicity, this place is ideally suited for a Yoga and meditation retreat of special nature. In twelve days, we will dive into our inner world with moving and still meditations, Pranayama, Hatha Yoga and Mantra singing.
We will also take some time to explore the hills, their nature, and their tribes, as well as holy places in the mountains. We will travel along the Ganga to the pilgrimage site in Gangotri, where we will visit the sacred Mother Ganga temple. Gangotri is located 3050m above sea level. We will travel to the Nachiket valley with its crystal-clear, blue mountain lake. We will also visit further places that are ideally suited for meditation such as Shikreshwar.
The outings will enhance our perception and presence through meditation. This then enables us to break through the surface of nature, people and the energy of these places and get to know them on a deeper level. You will experience an India very distinct from the one that can be experienced farther down in the valleys.
Not just once, we stumbled across people from the hills who have never been to the well-known Rishikesh, which is a six-hour drive down the valley. Together with their animals, the mountain farmers here often lead a very modest life, governed by their daily routine and yet filled with natural pride and laughter.
In a small group, we will embark on a special voyage. For one, to deeply immerse in Yoga and meditation practice, on the other hand, to experience a side of India steeped with predominantly untouched nature and power places worshipped by the Indian people. Visits to the mountain villages allow us to gain insights into the way of life of the locals.
Things to know
Sabina is in charge of the trip as well as the Yoga and meditation lessons.
If you want to sign-up for the trip you are required to have participated in at least two of my Yoga workshops or to have participated in my regular classes for more than three months. This then guarantees that we know each other and have a common basis for the practice of Yoga.
We will stay in a lovely retreat-guesthouse called Ananda Ganga (which translates as “Felicity at the Ganga”) situated right on the river. It is simple, clean and is equipped with all necessary amenities. It is shown in the second the second picture of the photo series above.
The mild and pleasant climate at this time of year allow all Yoga and meditation classes to take place outdoors swell as in the Yogahall.

Yogalektionen für Lehrer und Lehrerinnen
Die allwöchentlichen Yogalektionen mindern Stresssymptome dauerhaft und führen zu mehr Zufriedenheit und Kraft im Schulalltag. Es werden auch Tipps und Tricks vermittelt, wie bei der Arbeit Gelassenheit und Kreativität erhalten bleiben.
Das Ausüben von Yoga im Lehrerteam fördert eine gesunde Teamkultur. Lehrer und Lehrerinnen erfahren sich innerhalb der Schule in einem ganz anderen Kontext. Oftmals entsteht am Ende der Yogalektion ein erfrischender Austausch, der geprägt ist durch Entspannung und neue Energie.
