Ever since my very first yoga class, I have been so deeply grateful to be on this moving journey. My early years were grounded in the Iyengar and Anusara traditions, where I learned to listen to and respect my body, constantly in awe of the wonders both inside and out.

My studies at hospitality management school took me abroad often, which meant constantly packing bags and building a new home somewhere else. Yoga was the constant thread that carried me through those nomadic years—teaching me so much about myself and the world, about what passes and what lasts, with wonderful teachers guiding me along the way.

I teach a precise, dynamic style of yoga with a strong focus on the breath and the inner alignment of the poses. From the bottom of my heart, I love sharing what I’ve learned from my own practice, along with my passion for music and chanting. In my classes, you’ll find a mix of empowering elements, subtle energy work, and quiet spaces for reflection.
