Advice for yoga class
All physical yoga techniques should be conducted on an empty stomach. So please restrain from eating for one and a half to two hours before the class.
Please wear light and comfortable clothing during the yoga classes, preferably cotton or other natural materials. It is recommended not to wear belts, tight bras and all other clothing that might be uncomfortable during the exercises.
Likewise, all metal objects such as jewelry, watches, glasses, rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hair clips, etc. should be put away for the duration of the class.
