When I first experienced Yoga as a teenager in India, the country of my origin, it felt as if I had arrived at home. My previous life lacked inner peace. Confusion and restlessness propelled me. In Yoga, I found a depth, calmness and clarity I had never experienced before. Touched by these first few hours, I have since been studying the fascinating interaction of body and mind.

My exploration led from thousands of hours of traditional Hatha Yoga practice concentrating in the inner emotional and mental impact of Yoga to more modern types of Yoga focussing on physical alignment, breathing exercises, meditation and Chi Gong.

But this did not quench my thirst. I wanted to share in depth with other people what I found inside. Transparent communication teaches me to rediscover people through intense listening over and over again. I get to know my personal perceptional filters. Authentic encounters and a rich exchange can arise.

My classes are characterised humorous atmosphere and a high presence. The exercises allow the mind to rest in an inner silence and strengthen your body while helping it to become more flexible and relaxed. Magic moments are born.

My strength is personal coaching that assists you in your uniqueness. The imprints and mechanism of your personality can be experienced differently together with your original potentials and beauty.

I teach Yoga and Meditation on Tuesday 6pm and 7.30pm and gentle Yoga on Friday 12am, Yoga private classes and I do Life coaching and Yoga intensive workshops.

Because of my roots in both the Indian and the western culture exciting dialogues frequently emerge. As an example, I work as an interpreter between European Yoga students and Indian yogis in Rishikesh. This cultural exchange is a major part of my work. I’m happy to answer any inquiries about projects and ideas where my roots in two cultures can be of help.
